Hi all,
Julian just introduced me to this list, as I am a new Landcruiser Owner.
I am trying to get hold of a set of replacement tailgate doors for my HJ60.
I believe Milner Off Road used to do them, but unfortunately they don't stock
them any more. I have also tried ringing some vehicle breakers with no luck.
Does anyone know where I could get these in the UK?
Thanks in advance,
Debbie,

Be careful with vehicle breakers, Debbie.
Most will be economical with the truth on condition, as it's one of the main
rust points - I've been down that road.... New ones are around ?370 each
from Toyota dealers. There are several places in the States, but they're not
cheap and shipping takes a while.
It's something I looked into producing, but the 60 series 'fleet size'in
Europe meant that I didn't think it was worthwhile. The USA is your best
best. Try Googling FJ60 (the petrol version).
Hope this helps

PS I'm off on holiday on Friday, is there a way of suspending email delivery
for a while?

I agree best place to try is USA.I have a contact in Florida but shipping is
probably easier direct to you.If these people won't ship then hit me offline
and I'll see if I can arrange something.

Hello,
I'm not sure if shiping anything from the States makes sense, logisitcally and
financially, considering that prices for Toyota parts on the Continent are
considerably lower than here and the main EU Toyota depo is in Belgium. In the
US or anywhere else, if they haven't got it, they will import it from Japan,
wherever the desitination might be. Why not asking Maarten Verschure at AAI in
NL ( [Email address removed] )?
