Bottom line is I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, they are too cheap.
In future I'll stick to either the Toyota ones or replacements from a
reputable manufacturer like Ferodo.

Julian, remember a while ago I posted that I found Ferodo at a very
good price in Halfords. Also bought some for the Pajero.
The pads I have acquired from Japanese 4X4 in Brum for the 80 have
done me very well for years too.

Hi Jon,
I've used Ferodo pads on various vehicles over the years, mainly
because the local Motor Factors sell them and have never had any
problems with them, however I have yet to try them on the TLC.
If I was going overlanding then I would hang the expense and stick to
the Toyota ones or possibly go for something like the Axxis Ultimate
pads which are more geared up for the harsher work out.
I've nver bought any kit from them before, but might get them to quote
for the rear disks.
