Kzj70 rear bumper ligths/cover

Gents
a bit of distraction and the salty roads has left my rear bumper ligths covers rusted, to the point they have melted with the bulbs
any body knows where to buy a good replacements one? I do not mid to replace the whole.
here in The uk the cover is not available

They all rust through. Have a custom bumper made & use led lighting or upgrade to indicator clusters
