Land Cruiser LJ70 from the the land of the rising sun

Thank you. Actually, it was very silly but sometimes you can't see what is right in front of you. Tomorrow I will upload diagram it is in my PC

You are correct that is one of my priorities I don’t want to start driving the car if it is not undersealed. It doesn’t have rust whatsoever so I want to keep it that way.

Maybe lanoguard it for now - it will take you 30 mins and give you peace of mind for this winter. Then do what you want with it next year.

Actually, I was thinking to take it to one of those places that are specialists underseling cars to do a clear treatment for the first time they do the treatment over a 5 days period. I thought probably it is best to do it thoroughly the first and then I will keep it up myself

Sabilco, are you going to let us into the secret fuse location you found ?
That would be a really good bit of info. Your promised upload of diagram would help, but otherwise you could just tell us ?

Hi All,

My apologies for late reply I have been very busy. Yesterday I took the car for MOT it passed it without any advisory : ).

As promised please find attached the information I found that helped me to pin point the fuse that I needed to changed. In the first wiring diagram that I shared with you before, it pointed me to the gauge fuse which I couldn’t find anywhere. This new diagram pointed me to the wiper fuse and the description where it was located in my fuse box matched nicely with the new information so it was straightforward switch. Many thanks for all your help and interest.

I also added some pictures from the MOT test.

All the best

Thanks for the info/pics and brilliant about the MOT!

You've made us all jealous now!

I order most my genuine stuff off a website called Amayama. It comes in from Japan or UAE.
Good prices and perfect every time.

Many thanks for the info. I have used them and it has work great so far but I thought it may be a place in the UK in case you need something fast. I haven’t had to pay any VAT so far, probably because the things I have ordered have been small (inexpensive) I guess.
