lights, windows and radio

Hello ,recently got a landcruiser 80 and noticed lots of bits to do on it . Had a problem with the lights which i have sorted out new relays and cleaned the grounds up . Still have slow windows which i have seen a number of posts about the rubbers and the regreasing of tracks also cleaning the brushies up , if anyone has an idea where to get new rubbers from that would help . The other job if sorting the radio out it has an after market one in it which does lit up at all the antenna does go up or down either the clock and the cig light dont work either . I was wondering where to start i have check the fuses they seem fine I havent popped the dash maybe they have wired the radio on its own fuse any help would be good
