You'll hate me for this ... mine came with locking wheel nuts which were well and truly locked. It took a lot of easing/penetrating fluid + a hammer to shift them - so I binned them (on the principle that if I had a puncture it would inevitably be at 2am in the pouring rain, and I could do without the extra grief of not being able to get the wheels off!)
However a quick internet search has revealed http://www.luxurywheels.co.uk/about.html who do them for =A330 / set. They claim to be able to get "hard to find bits" for Landcruisers, so it might be worth contacting them. It might also be worth trying http://www.japanese4x4spares.co.uk/toy-land1.html they don't list wheel nuts, but they have a phone number.

Hi Roman,
He'll struggle with mine that uses 22mm socket!
I actually have a set of the locking wheel nut removers - they are
actually just reverse threaded screw caps - I have them down to 10mm
and are ideal for undoing bolts where the heads been rounded.
