I must say that I'm pretty pleased with the Generals. Road noise is minimal and only very slightly louder than the Grandtreks. Early impressions of roadholding are also very good. I paid a total of £770.00 including vat for five tyres which included fitting. I reckon that wasn't a bad price as it was all done by a local tyre place minutes away from my house. I'm well pleased with the result!

The tread pattern looks very similar to the Toyo ATs and Yoko Geolandar ATII, which I think were discontinued.
