My god the cost of groundworks has gone up !

Non of that EU nonsense on the rock Rob they ain't members , still for the most part a land where locked doors are unheard of and kids can go out to play in the morning and not be seen until bedtime without cause for worry . Times are changing though and it can't last forever .

Anyway - a start

Well i definitely got my money's worth , 3 days and sometimes 6 men on the job i'm struggling to work out how they made a profit Not my concern though i'm a happy banana

Just don't move that trailer 'til the cements dry. Will you be putting the walls up yourself?

Trailers only half tonne Chas concrete will be hard enough for that tomorrow morning and yes i will sort the rest i wasn't to bothered about the slab as it is after all just a garage floor but i'm already kicking myself because i know i would have had a far better quality finish if i'd done it myself . The footings for the exterior wall facing the house will be about a metre in front of the slab so i end up with a 6x6m hut overall

Pissing down again I've really messed this up i can't build a garage because i need the space and i can't use the space because because the trailer which has taken priority has to be kept dry
