off road in the Rockies

We went off roading in the Canadian rockies...
I've written the trip report but realised I don't know how to attach the 15 minute video
Tell me how, please and then I can get it uploaded.
Is there limit on the size/time of videos?

Nice i nearly moved there this year and was gutted when it fell through. amazing place cant wait for the trip report.

Post the video on Youtube, then post a link, or embed it in your post here. IIRC think max video length is circa 15-20 mins.
