If 90915-30002 is the genuine made in Japan filter, and 90915-30002-8T is the Thailand filter that isn't quite as good, what is the 90915-30002-8 filter? Where is it made? What does the 8 mean?

It’s only the T that changes. If it’s a T then it’s made in Thailand if no T it’s Japan made!
