only possible with diff locks in the axles, and a ramp to get the one side
off the ground.

You don't need a ramp in a 4x4, high centre of gravity helps. Any you could keep a foot on the brakes to lock one of the wheels on each axle send all the drive to the other. Not ideal but should work in this situation
