My truck came with a fitted Patriot Roofrack. When the previous owners took it to Capetown they managed to damage the two front feet of the rack and replaced them with local steel feet. I contacted Paul at Patriot and asked about their lifetime, transferable guarantee. He asked for the serial number and to bring the truck in.
After examining the rack he replaced both feet there and then. Now that is a lifetime transferable guarantee. He had some neat accessories there at the factory too. Another 80 was being fitted ready for the trip south. Paul was knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. It is little things like this which make products a worthwhile purchase.
