PZJ70V - stumpy transfer lever markings - anyone know what they should be?

The markings on my recently bought PZJ70's stumpy 4-wheel drive transfer lever are all rubbed off. I'm told it's currently set to 2H. Does anyone have a manual or diagram showing me where 4H, 4L and N are? I'd hate to get stuck in the wrong transmission. Thanks.

4H--4L There is a neutral in between but I forget where. Probably between 2H 4H .They can be hard to shift if they haven't been used for a while. You may need to soak the shifter from underneath in WD40 or similar.
