Random electrical connector

    when replacing a vacuum pipe i found a random connector cable tied to another one which is on bracket coming off the bottom of the throttle linkage.

    You can see the throttle linkage spring in the pic and you can see all the vacuum pipes coming out of the fuel pipe on the left of the pic. There seems to be a single wire coming out of the top cable tied connector which goes to the fuel pump casing so im assuming that's earth. Both connectors share the same bit of the wiring loom. Can someone with a 24valve 80series check where it is meant to be and to what it is meant to be connected?
