Rear wheel bearings tool!

Hi All, has anyone got the tube like tool for pushing the rear axle shafts out of the bearings or know a garage that can do it in the Bristol area?

My vehicle is a KZJ 78 but I'm sure it's the same for others?

Good find, I'll go and pick one up tomorrow and give it a try even if I've got to modify it.

How did you go with the RoughTrax one Rich?

It turned up yesterday and looks the right tool but haven't had time to whip my shafts out yet.

Well, whipped out my rear shafts this morning and the tool is not the right one for mine, even with drilling new holes and a bit of grinding the tube is not big enough to allow the bearing ring up through so I had to grind the ring off first.

I dont really understand how the tool is meant to work.

Do you still have to use a press?

As I said, I want to make one but I need to understand how it works first.
