I have changed my scv sensors as it would start for a few minutes and then stop but now I have changed the scv sensors it will not start at all I disconnected the battery for 30 min thinking it would clear the ecu but still won't start

Did you remove any diesel hoses to get to the scv? If so have you primed the filter again?

Starts now but engine management light is on and then the vsc off and vsc trc lights up and then stops clear codes and 78(7) fuel line fault comes up as fault code I have changed the fuel filter and primed the system

Not familiar with these as I have 120 with one long scv - so some thoughts.
Did you have a good clean all around the areas before removing old scv's? Any introduced sh/t in the pump could give problems.
Did the new go back in the same place and electrical connections checked ( I don't think.its possible to get them wrong way around)?
Were both O rings properly in place on each scv, and did you lubricate ?
Did you introduce them slowly and square on, so as not to twist/deform them, but if it drives ok then doesn't look like that. Could be any or none of those mentioned or connected with it.
Good luck.
