So your looking at over £3k in total for a tent system

I noticed front runner now do a quick release tent mount kit. I wonder whether this in combination with a home made set of legs might offer a cheaper alternative solution?

Not sure I would feel conformable driving away to dock and un-dock a RTT but with some of the lighter tents with two people it may be viable to manually dis/remount when required.

Excellent idea Rosy but a bit expensive for what it is.

That's good value Rosy, I couldn't make them for that and they look sturdy. I'm not so sure about her smiling face with a heavy RTT though. More like a grimace I expect. I never knew they existed or I would have seriously looked at getting a set.

With the contraption I've made to get mine on and off I can only just do it on my own if I've had 3 weetabix in the morning. I can't wait to get the winch fitted to take it most of the way.
