Resprays

I'm hoping to keep my 80 for a few more years, gradually kitting it out a bit more over the next couple for a trip to mongolia and back. One of the main issues is the bodywork. Rust around the rear screen and also the front screen surroubd is starting to blotch.
I'm looking for suggestions or recommendations for body shops to carry out the rust repairs, sort out a couple of dents, new rear window sliders (or plate over the rear most windows) and give it a respray in a light grey/white.
Does anyone have any recommendations for places vaguely in the south east? Willing to travel for a good job, but not too far! Also has anyone had similar work done, any idea of costs?

I use perfect paint in MK for all my paint and body repair work, not cheap but then good work never is, I have found them to be very helpful and ready to offer advice.

Paul you may have some luck on this forum http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=247 . I've seen some decent rust tips there and i think Warren on the forum uses it from time to time.
