Rod for Electric Seats

My 97's power seats do not move back, they only move forward. I looked under the seat and the rod on the outer portion of the seat does not seem to be moving. Has anyone had this problem?

where can I find this replacement part?

There's a plastic gear that comes off the end of the rod, you will probably find it under the seat, you will probably have to remove the seat to refitt.
