Server back up for EPC CDs

Hi,
I think I have finally managed to get my server back up for downloading
the CDs - the connection should be a lot more stable now and possibly a
bit quicker.
If poss, please could you try to restrict access to evenings and
weekends so it doesn't interrupt my work too much.
Here's the original post with instructions. If you have any problems
please hit me off list.
I have put the EPC disks up on my office server for anyone brave enough
to download them.
They are zipped up files in Ahead Nero file format for burning straight
onto blank CDs.
The server isn't super fast, but if you have broadband they should come
down over night - apart from the program disk (50Mb), most are around
400Mb in size.
You will need the program disk and instructions and then it is up to
you if you want to download just the Euro or Jap data files or both.
You can download them from: http://lc.tvw.net/epc.html
For the time being please do not pass this address beyond this list and
also if you find the download is very slow, just be patient because
someone else might be downloading them at the same time.
Best downloading time is in the evenings or weekends.
I'll leave the files up there for a few days.

Julian,
Just a thought - would it be possible to install the the EPC software
on this server and allow access to it over the net? It was once
available frorm a russian website that is now password protected.

Maybe the manuals Jon has scanned would also be made available to the
club members?
For all the travelling blokes among us it would be a great help to be
able to log in from any internet cafe and check the part numbers or
torque settings.

Hi Roman,
Unfortunately I don't think so. If I had the source code I could do
something, but I don't think it would be available.
I think that would be the eventual plan.
