Hello everybody,
I finally got round to setting up some pictures on my temporary website.
If you go to this address http://www.zen59375.zen.co.uk/public/ and
select the Transbaobab link you will see a selection of 40 pics from
the first few days. This is just a taster - there's plenty more to
sort out, make descrtiptions, but not just yet....
Also, you can download the track which can be used in Google Earth.
It's amazing to see in such detail on the sat maps where I
backtracked, bivouacked, or deviated from the route to see a local
attraction or had lunch at an auberge.

Pretty impressive! And weren't you living a bit dangerously taking
photos of an "ecole coranique" (assuming it means what I think it
means), or are they not so bothered in that part of the world?
Haven't tried the Google Earth link yet, but I will.
