Thats been offered on Eblag recently. "Y" plate from aug 82-july 83. Seems obviously a cherished no been transferred

something happened in the image upload, so its not very clear... the white on blue regional bit on the left of the number place says 'TD' ; have'nt seen that before, and my google foo turned up nothing for 'TD' either.
