When I lived there, I found fortes safari (fortescarhire.com)in Mwanza
useful, they are also based in Arusha. If coming down the east side of lake
Victoria just passed the Ndabaka gate to the Serengeti (west side) there is
a place called speke bay lodge (spekebay.com). Nice dutch couple. And are
defiantly cheaper than staying in the park. Both have web sites.
