Hello, I have a small problem with my Toyota Land Cruiser j90 3.0 diesel kz-te automatic, it doesn't matter if I'm in P or N or D the car vibrates the engine vibrates, but when I press the accelerator a little, this vibration disappears, I would like to ask for some opinions, maybe someone else has encountered this problem, because I can't find a solution... thank you very much. I changed the engine mounts as well as the one from the gearbox.

You may want to do a cylinder balance test.
It’s pretty simple:
With the engine at operating temperature,
Note the idle speed, then take a wrench and crack the nut on the #1 cylinder injector pipe, at the top of the injector. This will temporarily disable this cylinder.
Note the rpm drop and write it down.
Re-tighten the injector pipe nut.
Let the engine idle for a bit.
Repeat for the next cylinder.
Once you have all the rpm numbers, compare, they should all be very close. If any killing any cylinder made little or no difference, then that cylinder has an issue.

If the cylinder balance test is good, proceed to check the engine mounts.

With the engine warm, have an assistant shift between Neutral and Drive with the brake firmly applied. Observe how the engine moves. If there is a bad mount, the engine will move quit a bit, side-to-side.

*just read post again, OP has already done mounts*

If you find a bad cylinder with the balance test, then I would swap the injector from the lazy cylinder with a neighbouring one, then repeat the balance test. If the problem stays with the original cylinder, then you ahave a mechanical issue. If the problem moves to the injector donor cylinder, then you have a faulty injector.

Snake oil some say but it worked an almost instant small miracle in an old transit tipper truck I had that had been run for several years on home made bio diesel of questionable quality .

Think possibly I had a similar not exactly problem but minor annoyance with my manual 1kz-te 90 and ultimately just tightened the throttle cable to up the idle speed a touch .
