UK foglight switch?

In uk 100 (pre '02 models) how is the rear foglight switched on? is part of the light stalk or an independant switch somewhere?

I have a JDM 100, with a reall crappy retrofitted rear fog light switch, but i'd like soemthing much more OEM!
