The new site design has been great and much less agro that the previous platform however, I cannot find a search function? I am getting other issues over the last few days but nothing I cannot deal with.

Someone removed their under seat heater and then found a compressor that bolted under there real nice, it seemed such a great solution I want to shamelessly copy it, so fes up, who was it?

Dave

Wasn't that Chas. He fitted the twin ARB unit. I put mine under the bonnet. I put a heat exchanger under my seat

Could well have been Chris, I will send him a PM, cheers.

:happy-cheerleaders::happy-cheerleaders::happy-cheerleaders:Oh the vibrations:happy-cheerleaders::happy-cheerleaders::happy-cheerleaders:

Sent a PM to Chas, and then thought about it, I am not so sure it was the ARB unit, I had one of those and sold it with the LR, so thought I might remember if it was one of them.

And seeing this post from iwan I recall the cheerleader smilies, was it you iwan?

Right I will check in tomorrow am, I'm off to get my beauty sleep.............apparently I need it?

Dave

EDIT: Cheers Chris you were right and I now get it iwan with the cheerleaders in Chas's sig, cheers and nite all.

Regards

Thanks for that, that's two with the ARB twin unit under the seat. Given my lack of regular need for a pump I was hoping to get something under there a little cheaper?

Yeah i only went with the arb as i got it for a silly price. Think they are very over rated. You can get ones from viair for half the price though they would probably be harder to fit under the seat.

You could run a pump off the engine using an A/C clutch. That would be cool, well warm.

It was Chas and it was a twin ARB, and Iwan was teasing when he copy pasted Chas' sig line of chorus girls :dance:

BTW, the search button is the magnifying glass logo, top RH corner.

Dave, I did that mod, link here

Nice one Bat21. It does seem the ARB unit was made for that space. I did pull my heater pipework a year or two ago. I am looking for a cheaper alternative. Having just got the paperwork back from the engineer, who I requested to create a 'project' to fit 285/75/16 tyres I might now stat stock and will have some spare cash such is his price!
