Unsure about diff oils

A 1984 60 series , I want to change the diff oils but was told that it would be running LSD diffs , is there a way of telling if they are

to the best of my knowledge the 60 didn't come with limited slip diffs

Hiya Russell. . I am not sure about the very early 60's but if you have a full floating rear axle then there is a high chance that there is a lsd in the rear, not all full floating rears had them. A full floating rear axle has a hub in the centre. A semi floating axle has a flush hub.. there's no lsd in the front but has been seen!
