I think that the AHC system (ie: the pumps) currently occupy the space where I would want to locate the twin LPG tanks. Another reason to rip out the AHC and go shocks and springs, me thinks. What say you all?
I wouldn't have thought there was enough space to be worth bothering but haven't actually measured it up to work it out. There are body mounts in the way as well so it's not a very useful space. The 105's you may have read about them being fitted to have a narrower chassis and so have more room for this.
They would have to be very thin in order to fit - there isn't that much space up there espescially when you consider the wall thicknesses of gas bottles.
Ah well, it's back to my original plan of putting the tank where the spare wheel is now and fitting a spare wheel carrier. Hopefully I'll be picking up my new motor early next month. Will post pictures then.
