Updating Navigation Software??

I asked this question a few years ago and nobody really had an answer - maybe something's changed?

From what I can see there are 3 different satnav - infotainment systems on the hundred series:

• System that seems to be for other markets
• 50th Ann combined satnav / climate / sound etc
• Face lifted version that had it as standard (>03)

Question is as to whether anything can be added to the first two systems, such as reverse camera, TV/DVD etc.

I took the head unit out a few years ago, but just couldn't find any info that would help. There must be an electronics wizard out there somewhere who'd know??

I have just updated mine to a 2012 map from the original (I have a late 2003) and it works great.
Still no postcode option though

Where did you get cd I’ve got a 2003 model with CD player in arm rest
