Do you know of any company supplying rebuild parts? 4 new main pins and a set of the individual roller pins would make good again.

How did you get the 'staked' hardened steel locking pins out of the Planet Gear shafts ?? I've looked at those before and decided that I'd just mess-up the cast iron body if I tried milling or drilling them out .

That was actually on a Centre Diff Planet Carrier, not the two-speed carrier we're looking at here.

I made a tool using a g clamp and stacking 2.5 dowl pins, then essentially pressed the pin back out the way it went in. Have now machined the hardened pin to accept the 3mm locating pin 180degree rotated so the loaded surface is smooth instead of the worn grooved side. Not a perfect fix but feels alot nicer now the part is RE-assembled and assembly lubed.
Just waiting on 1 roller bearing and I can build the box back up.
