Water leak

I hope that members may be able to offer a suggestion. I have water coming in the rear of my landcruiser on the passengers side in the back of the rear compartment. I have had the mounts for the roof bars resealed and checked but it has not stopped. The large rear rubber seal has been replaced. The water appears under the carper in the rear section close to the tail gate. All suggestions welcome. Cheers Robert
