what batterys

Not off top of t'head... I got a pair of Uasa (sp) when I replaced mine & they seem to be holding up pretty well at a bit cheaper than some others I've heard of.

Some folk have suggested using 'Yota main stealers for good prices...

I bought 334 & 335 to start with but they would not fit in the battery trays, so swapped for 249 & 250, which fitted perfectly. The 334 & 335 can be made to fit if you carve up the trays I imagine.

Varta use a different code but crossed ref them from 334 and 335
They fitted in with no problems
Varta blue dynamic
G7 830 part no 595404083 and
G8 830 part no 595405083

Are 12v different then 24v ?

I bought two Numax CXV-X 1000 Amp batteries @ £66.38 Each from http://www.tayna.co.uk/ very slightly bigger than standard but fit in the battery tray with no problem.
