Running 1 Bar on steep descents, if you're relying on plenty of steer around trees and the like, with added undulations, beadlocks will reduce the chances of rolling the outside edge of the tyre (usually on steer) off or out of the bead seal.
I don't do too much "extreme" stuff, but I've still been caught out even when not aired down.
Beadlock rims make balancing a nightmare.
100% off-road trucks don't care to much because speeds are low, but if you intend running them on the road (which I presume you do), find yourself a conscientious tyre fitter who's prepared to pay some particular attention to balancing them.
It's not impossible, and there are methods of balancing other than lead weights, such as using balancing beads in the tyre, it can be done.
