'Quality assured used vehicles prepared by manufacturer trained technicians'

I followed the original post and he did get a refund, and it does indeed fit the description.

They must have put on a new rad and at least flushed the box ? Otherwise the same problem will come back to haunt them - they havent got a hope of denying they know of the problem when its all public knowledge.

I will say, though, that I do feel sympathetic to them - no-one checks the ATF colour before they buy a car, and dealers take things in part ex in good faith, whoever shifted it on to them almost certainly knew the situation and clearly didnt tell them. They also gave a full refund (no option) albeit somewhat grudgingly.

The vehicle index would be useful, for the time in 6 months when the new owner comes on the forum, asking what to do about a knacked autobox!

Yes, the full reg number, and a photo would be good.

I have asked some questions through ebay asking if it has service history and if it has any receipts for a radiator change as this is a common problem with the auto colorado's ;) and also if it comes with any warranty.
Il see what they say
