Thanks Ben It's slowly coming together, but I still have a load to do before she's as I'd like her to beLooks great Steven
No chance of this one getting a snorkel fitted, but I do need to spend some time understanding where the air gets in and what my best safe wading depth will be allowing for the suspension lift and larger tyres. I may look into fitting a covert snorkel as Roger made for his with a change over valve of some kind. I think the best thing is just to keep away from any deep water. What say you Trev'A snorkel would finish it off nicely! We've got them in stock at work, let me know if you want me to get you a price
It is a bit clinical and white, but I do find that when I'm in the middle of a forest at night needing to do something like fixing, cooking or putting up the tent I just want to be able to see what I'm doing clearly and LED lighting does just that. I was camping up in Wales this weekend just gone in a forest and needed to spend 20min fixing/making something with a sharp knife on the passenger seat of my m8's LandRover and I just needed good lighting. Luckily he also has an array of LED lighting so the job was easy I can understand wanting a warmer lighting source when sat round the camp fire, but in the truck I want something that's going to enable me to see what I'm doing and LED's are what do that for me All that said I think you can get a warmer white LED if that's your preferrenceLED lighting looks good, do you not find it a little clinical though? I think I'd rather go with a "warm" style lighting.
