thanks, i prefered aluminum rivets because the thickness of the ply is 6mm and and needs bolts with thread to keep safely to this position under load the original holes from the steel plate didnt drilled at all..so anytime i can reinstall the old original back i had this flashlight and when died...

i have some objections-questions about this.. first u must open new holes to the firewall fot the new incoming rubber pipelines to the cabin,and second u make bigger the "trip" of the water via the pipelines ..maybe this "trip" infect to the temperature of the radiator,engine and maybe needs to...

the last month i stopped to here one spesific noise from the fan ,when start the engine also a lot of mud was concentrated to the radiator.i dismantled and wash it.also change the fluid and the thermostat.has 170.000km but what happened with the fan? the book said to check visually for leakage...

its so easy and here in greece they ask a lot of money..700euro for the materials and 500e for the work and the installation. the last year the price has a reduction 350 euro to 500e totally.. the real costs is 45euro to 55 euro and i do it alone as u ll see...
