I cleared my t belt light on a 2000 90 series using the trip button, following a sequence of button presses. Took less than 2 minutes.

My timing belt was changed at 80,000 km when I bought it, I changed it 6 months ago after a further 150,000 km at my local non specialist garage. Total cost was £98 including parts. the old belt looked new!!

Started to get intermittent loss of drive so pulled into a car park, found most of my oil lying on the ground. Did I say I was in Spain having radio therapy for 6 weeks. The Land was recovered to a Toyota garage and the problem turned out to be corroded gearbox oil pipes. That was the good news...
I have a 2000 J95 KZE engined Landcruiser and my Fuelly average is 25.5 mpg over high speed continental motering and driving around town. So I guess 25 is a good return.
My manual says the reserve fuel, (which I take to be when the light comes on) is 20 litres. I have driven more than 20 miles with the light on before, and have never put more than 82 litres in to fill it to full (90 litres).
