    Thanks for the heads up. Yeah I had left a hose off, which has improved it, I also did break one side of the connector pictured (green tape around it). Not sure if that is important?

    I am getting about 20l/100km at the moment, just trying to track down why. I had just done a major service, replacing all filter/fluids. And I am thinking the air filter i got was a bit too cheap. So I have gone with a K&N filter and will see how that goes.

    V6 3.4l petrol auto I get about 15l/100km or 16m/gal around town in traffic

    Hi Guys, was having a high idle problem. Replaced the Idle air control and it seemed to fix it. But just did a service: oil, oil filter, spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter. And it is back to warm idle in park of 1500+ and just above 1000 in drive. Will this sort itself out as the ecu learns...

    Hey mate it could be that now cleaner air is getting in, the car is running better, and it will take a few 100 km's for the ecu to sort out the revs
