1993 series 80 excessive black smoke

Hi my name is Alex, I haven't posted anything before. I have a series 80 with a rebuilt 1-HDT engine that smokes like hell at startup then smoke almost disappears when she warms up. Don't know whats up with it.

the IP will flow a lot more cold compared to hot, have you had it tuned?
