the inside looks very tidy, almost too tidy like the seats have been recovered.

There is some rust on the rear tail gate top section in the photo and no photo of the engine bay which i always find strange.

I will check out the service history tomorrow morning.

Stands a chance of being a good Cruiser. Still 18 years old though. JW bought his Cruiser from them I think.

I think that if that had popped up when I was looking and it had been good underneath, I'd have slapped the cash on the bonnet there and then. The interior looks like it come straight from the factory.

Any local 80 series gurus in the area and free either friday or Saturday for a trip if the service history turns out to be correct i think its worth the trip.

Really, really nice interior - looks hardly used.

Though I noticed that the rear most seat belt mount has been removed. Wonder why? Probably an innocent answer but I'm always a bit curious and/or suspicious......

Looks like £4k truck with £2k dealer profit. If there is that much rust showing on the outside what are the hidden cavities like?? Its nowhere near the condition a D4D collie would be in.
Just my 2p worth Chris, I'd like to see Warren get the best Cruiser he can possibly get condition wise.

Look at the interior, then the exterior and it's 2 different vehicles. How can the outside be that shabby when the inside is so good. Maybe it's had the interior replaced recently? As Andy says, if the exterior is that bad, what's the underneath going to be like?

TP that was my thought exactly. Two made into one. Andy, I did have a caveat on that post. I said IF the rest matched up. I didn't say buy it because the seats are nice. You and I have the T shirt collection between us on picture v reality. I would not even turn out to look at that one based on the pictures. I know what's coming. A wasted trip that's what.
