I've decided to sell my 90, main reason is I really want an 80 and now need the extra space in the back that my SWB doesn't have either!.
It's a Japanese import that came over here in 2004, bodywork is pretty tidy for 25 years old, few scuffs in the plastic on the bumpers, wheels definitely need a refurb!.
Covered just short of 252k but that's in km not miles, it's got a mark on the cover indicating the cam belt was last done at 220k but planned to do it anyway if I kept it for peace of mind.
I've got service history from 2004 and 71k km up to 2016 and 195k km, when I first got it I changed the oil and air filter, oil filter and fuel filter which was only roughly 5.5 k km ago, I've also put new drop links on, unfortunately twice as the first set I bought weren't great I had to put a new Air Con Compressor on it as the clutch has seized on the on that was on it, also had the AC degassed and it's nice and cold
Chassis is solid, bit of surface rust as you'd expect but not rotten at all, I've got loads of pics of the underneath if needed.
In my opinion it could do with new springs and shocks, the ones on it work but the springs are rusty and look fairly old.
In true Landcruiser fashion the handbrake is currently just this side of useless, I have bought some new shoes for it but haven't done them yet, quite happy to throw them in with the sale though!.
MOT until November 2022 it had the following advisories:
Steering Rack Bushes Worn
Nearside Track rod end ball joint dust cover, deteriorated but preventing the ingress of dirt
Registration plate lamp inoperative in the case of multiple lamps or light sources
Front exhaust has a minor leak of exhaust gasses
Discs and pads have life left in them, tyres are General Grabber AT2s about half way through their life, more than happy for viewings, either evenings or weekends, based in Surrey.
Price is £3000 OVNO
