1Hdft auto noise

have a 1995 1HD-FT with A442F autobox, the car has done 300,000km
My 80 has a rattle/ticking/grinding noise coming from the engine or gearbox that goes up and down with the RPM so it must be engine or torque converter or gearbox input shaft related I think.
It is most hearable inside the cab, coming trough the centre console.
Previous owner claimed the BEB's have been replaced by himself. I don't know if this can be related to bad BEB's ?
I have made a video to show you guys, maybe you can throw your 2 cents in?
Sound a bit like a bad belt tensioner but is mostly hearable inside.

Yes, Park, drive, reverse, neutral, doesnt matter, it goes up with engine RPM, not speed related, so its either the engine, or the torque converter or gearbox oilpump? The strange thing is, sometimes it nearly gone, sometimes its worse
