Lincomb claimed my exhaust. That's all I am saying on the matter. It's been knocking and banging since then and driving me nuts. So the tools came out today along with a nice package from Jetex. Don't expect something special folks, this really is just some toob stuck together.

I started out with a slab of 12mm plate and carved these out.

I put them in the lathe and machined out a gasket groove using std 80 gaskets from Milners

Then I glued them onto a new section. I really didn't need to do this but having an exhaust that you can take to bits is kinda [strike:1ggk9c13]sexy[/strike:1ggk9c13] useful

I shall finish off tomorrow when I am not being Taxi Dad, fetching new phones for people who never get any calls or dealing with stroppy gunsmiths who want to grumble about having customers.

And stuck it up under the truck on a new hanger

Then I added a new support rod

Nope. I don't have any stainless in stock. OK I could do them in stainless I suppose, it's only metal, but you'd be better buying some commercially I think. Had a look at Jetex?
