Hi guys!!!
Well after a lot of thought, i am thinking of using suspention spacers as a easyer way of getting a bit of lift??, and then putting some 265-75-16 chunky tyres,,

Any advice good or bad please

At the moment it only see,s a muddy field when i am out shooting,,
but still do not want to get stuck,,

And better looking on the road!!!
All the best Darrel

Have you any info on these units??
I would be interested to hear/see what people have to say about them.

plenty of people in Aus and Us seem to fit them

I am waiting for some of the guys to reply that have used these in the past,
I do understand that they are or have been used on 4x4 in the states to get a good lift

I just want to fit bigger tyres to fill up the arches and scare a few grannies along the way :D .

The only draw back that i can think about would be that the wheel alinement would have to be set up after the lift as the spacers move the suspension forward and down thus getting you your lift???

This is my first toyota and this is a big learning curve for me!!!!
But i love this truck
All the best Darrel

Hi there Darrel :D

The tyre size that you mention (265/75/16) will fit fine with no lift

If you are only considering muddy fields then a set of 265/75/16 A/T's such as the Grabber AT2's will be perfect for you :)

This is my truck Fiery with 265/75/16 A/T tyres off road before I fitted the suspension lift & 255/85/16 tyres :)

Thank you for the reply,,,
your truck looks like the dogs b---ks

Mine looks high at the moment so as you say 265-75-16 should look good and be ok on the fields :?:
And a snorkel as well???
I have got the toyota bug bad????

Next will be a 4.2 80 series auto

Thanks again, Darrel
