I just found mine cbv8 and it appears to be a separate breather for the diff locker ?

Your axle breather is a little cap on top of the axle very near to the diff actuator .

Ok sorry about this but here is another unidentified thing i found under the car can anyone please tell me what this please thanks in advance

That looks like the breather from the Rear Diff Lock Actuator (its a hard, small-bore pipe that vents into the chassis).
