Timely warning - I ordered some from that Ebay site about 60 seconds ago!
In fact I don't see a problem as if you look on that page he complies with the Ebay requirements for hazardous materials, and it is sent correctly packaged, labelled and declared by courier (for =A37.50).
If the government gestapo want to visit that's fine - I'll tell them that I store it in the septic tank.
Worth it? I don't know. 5 litres has cost =A320, and at the recommended dosage rate of 2 fl.oz per 10 US gallons, or in round terms 100cc per typical tank full, that's adding 40p to the cost of refuelling the truck, or about 0.55%.
So if it's snake oil I've lost =A320, but we shall see. If all else fails I've got daughters, and we'll have enough nail varnish remover to last verily unto the third and fourth generation!

| common cold tablets. It's also used in processing cocaine
| into crack. So you never know who might knock at your door
| if you mail order it.

| If you can buy it at a local body shop, great. It's an
| effective solvent that we car guys have been using for 50+
| years. Too bad the dopers started using it too.
