Anntena replacement; LHD, RHD vehicles

My antenna has been broken by a thief in the past. It's a left hand drive 2002 European model with the motorized antenna (on the left side in front of the windshield). The mast and the "ornament" has been stolen/destroyed by the thief, the antenna motor drive is most likely broken.

I'm thinking of swapping the existing broken antenna assembly with a manual antenna assembly. I'm thinking of buying this one: Genuine Toyota Manual Retractable Aerial - [Leaving Land Cruiser Club]
However I'm not sure if left hand drive vehicles and right hand drive vehicles have the same antenna assembly? Could someone confirm they're the same.

I have a RHD 95 with an auto retracting aerial. Is it easy to check from the engine bay?

You might want to check if you can find and fit a replacement mast. I have done a couple in the past, although admittedly not on a Land Cruiser.
