Do you have the same problem as I do in that when looking for parts, insurance etc. the registration comes up as a GX despite the V5 saying It's an FX.
Parts locators always show my FX as a GX and when I got a quote from a big insurance company that uses a Bulldog it took ages to get them to amend their records, they also have all Toyota 3ltr engines down as 2892cc, his took another 15 minutes for them to check and prove me correct and embarrassingly the sales person said they'd had to amend their database on that as well.
It's like the FX never existed and a lot of spares places, and the insurance co. yesterday, think It's a grey import despite me having the original purchase receipt from Toyota UK.
