Agree, trusting a person/buisness to honour the expectation is what it's all about buying anything that's shipped/posted, but it needs to be consistant and honest, so any bad reputation doesnt creep in about holding vehicles with no/poor work, taking money for nothing sent, or sending junk, then not reply - just be up front.
A photo of what your paying for is not unreasonable unless there things to hide.
We need specialist repairers/breakers/sellers of used parts cheaper or not available new, so why do buisnesses adopt 'shady' practises that are spoken about on various forums and elsewhere ?
If I put something for sale on here with no photo/s, I'm sure interested parties would ask,(quite rightly) and if I hadn't done so would be only too happy to forward them with an honest description and showing any faults. The buyer can then make up their own mind after any questions they may have. Wouldn't that be standard good practise with a buisness ?
