ATF Type?

I have been looking through the OPie oils list of ATF's, and basically I'm a bit confused!!

I want to use a decent fluid, but which one does anybody reccomend?

Will this one be ok with my auto box (1994 VX .. with the overdrive), or would it be over kill??

May be fitting an extreme valve body....does this have any bearing on the fluid?

I have heard that a good quality synthetic is reccomended to help keep the temps down.

We always use fully synthetic Dexron III, basically put in the best you can afford.

You could do worse than ask Opie which oil they recommend but I think the main advantage of a synthetic is that they don't degrade as quickly when it's too hot so you have a little bit of extra head room if things are not going to plan.
